But there was one person that helped Katniss make her decision - Annie Cresta. She once asked Katniss: “Do you think he’s worth taking chances on?” to which Katniss answered “I do.” To this, Annie replied “Then those are the two words you should say; because the people who love us will continue to love us, despite our shortcomings and weaknesses.”. And as she said this, Annie smiled - the same smile she wore every time she thought of Finnick.
